My celebrant style can be described the same way my friends would describe me – genuine, down to earth and relaxed…. with a little bit of quirk! I like to think I am a well balanced blend of creativity and practicality – a combination that serves me well as a celebrant. I love getting to know you, hearing your stories and mining for the gold so that I can create a personal, meaningful and modern wedding ceremony experience for you.
Broome has been my home now for the best part of 20 years and although I’ve been a bit of a gyspy at times, I am always incredibly happy to come back to this rusty little town by the bay. There really is something special about this part of the world. I may be slightly biased, but I think Broome is the best destination to marry your love. With its natural beauty, winter sun and chilled, laid-back vibe, it is the perfect place for loved up couples to kick off their married life.
When I’m not wearing my celebrant hat, you will find me enjoying the great outdoors and the relaxed, simple Broome lifestyle with my husband Adam and our dogs Bessie & Kip. We are definitely nature lovers - hiking, diving, camping, swimming, fishing...we love it all. Spending time at the beach is an almost daily ritual which I am extremely grateful for. I’m a bit of a music buff, swoon over good food and a nice glass of wine, love a potter in the garden and a keen advocate of naps! I am always up for new travel, life & learning experiences to keep my mind broad and my soul alive.
I fully support all LGBTQI couples.
I love dogs and fully support them at weddings. In fact, if Rover or Rovette make the guest list, I will donate 5% of your fee to the Broome branch of Saving Animals from Euthanasia.
